Making It Right

Every AETHERNAL piece is made with intention — and we stand behind it completely. If something arrives damaged, defective, or simply not what you ordered, we will make it right. No friction, no runaround.

Returns and refund requests are honored within 30 days of purchase. Reach out to us at spooks@aethernal.org with your order number and a brief description of what happened — we'll take it from there.

Refund processing time: Refunds are processed within 3 business days of receiving the return.

There are no restocking fees.

Returns

If a return is needed, contact us first at spooks@aethernal.org with your order number and a brief explanation of the issue. We will provide return instructions and work quickly toward the appropriate resolution.

Items should be unworn, unwashed, and returned in original condition when applicable.

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

One last thing — these pieces are built to last, but they do ask something of you in return. Follow the care instructions tucked inside your order and your AETHERNAL gear will hold its shape, color, and intention for years to come.
